History
The project, which once began as a simple open-source Home Laser Shooting Simulator (HomeLESS) in 2013. You can see the old name and logo in the image below.
We started with simple modified airsoft replica and attachment for air rifle. Also we there is only shooting at static target, as you can see in the image
Over the years, it has expanded to include new software tools, hardware, community, and ideas. The original idea of a simple home simulator has become an open ecosystem for training, experimentation, and development that now offers much more than it did at the beginning.
As the project grew, times changed and a new name was needed to reflect its new scope and direction. The original name no longer matched the ambitions and possibilities offered by the project. It was therefore time to shift the identity to a more modern, universal, and understandable form that better fits today’s technological world.
That is why a new name has been created — LISHRA. A brand that reflects the openness, modularity, and technical nature of the project. LISHRA represents another step forward: a modern, accessible, and free platform for computer aided shooting (laser shooting training, DIY hardware, and other tools. We would like to thank everyone who has supported the project from the beginning — with a new name, a new chapter begins.
